Ms. Patricia Moreno is our Sister of the Month for the month of January. In her last semester at WSU, Patty has demonstrated dedication to her studies and to Gamma although tough at times has not been an impossible task. She has been able to balance school along with multiple responsibilities within Delta Chapter and has successfully met all her responsibilities. We congratulate our Sister of the Month and thank her for all her efforts to maintain our pillars in everything she does. We will miss you!!!

 

Q. What is your favorite food?
Anything Mexican, Asian and Italian….but with no veggies!

Q. Who is your favorite singing group?
I have lots….lets see Reik, Marco Antonio Solis, Paulina Rubio, RBD (Spanish pop), Montes de Durango, Diana Reyes, Kapaz de la Sierra (pasito duranguence), Daddy Yankee, Rakim (regge), Avetura, Toby Love (Bachata) Beyonce, Fergie (R&B), Lil John, P. Diddy, Young Joc (hip hop)…...lol!!

Q. Do in your spare time what do you enjoy most?  
Well, I can defiantly say I’ve had the “random traveling flu!” This includes visiting family members, friends or just for fun.  Such as Miami, Houston ,Orlando, L.A (Hollywood), Delhi, San Francisco, Denver, Cancun, Mexico (Colima, Jalisco, Michoacán), Costa Rica….and for this summer I’m aiming to visit my GAO sis in Las Vegas and my big sis in Hawaii, lol!

Q. What is your major and what do you wish to do when you graduate from WSU?
General Studies Social Sciences with emphasize in Speech and Hearing Sciences & Spanish.

Q. What have been your biggest challenge yet being in the house?
Well, each semester is always different but I can definatly say that this semester has been one of the most challenging ones due to a small house yet fulfilling multiple positions...YIKES, lol!

Q. What is your most cherished memory being in GAO?
Camping, road trips, socials, sleep over’s, strolling, alumni gatherings, Costa Rica and many more!!

Q. Where do you see yourself doing in five years?
Traveling to all the beaches in the world!!

Overall, I thank all those sisters that have supported and encouraged me throughout my 4 years of college. It’s been a challenging yet exciting road.   I’m grateful to have so many wonderful GAO sisters!!  I’ll be graduating soon, but I know our bonds will be stronger then ever!! :::WILD LIKE A TIGER GENTLE AS A ROSE i must be a sister of G-A-O::::
